Business incubation is a business support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services.

Successful completion of a business incubation program increases the likelihood that a startup company will stay in business for the long term: older studies found 87% of incubator graduates stayed in business, in contrast to 44% of all firms.

Not sure where to put your business in Pueblo?  Start at the BTC until you find a permanent home.

Temporary office space is available for out of town businesses who need a work space while waiting for construction to complete on their permanent space.

The 1st floor conference room can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.

The 3rd floor conference room can accommodate up to 25 people comfortably.

Conference rooms are equipped with:

White board and TV
Free off-site parking
Emergency copies @$.10 ea. (from the BTC front desk admin only)
Document Shredding
Coffee/Break Room

Rates per room are $75 per day with hours from 8 am to 5 pm. The BTC closes and locks promptly at 5 pm. Room reservations past 5 pm will be subject to $100 per hour additional charge.
